Terms & Conditions

•  All sales are final

•  All merchandise is sold AS IS INSPECTED by the customer, without warranty, either expressed or implied, except may be offered by the original manufacturer and not the seller

•  All sales are final and not subject to customer cancellation, allowance, charge back, credit adjustments, service or exchange

•  Failure to pick up or accept delivered merchandise may result in 35% restocking fee of total invoice

•  The disposal of any packing material resulting from the furniture delivery is the customer responsibility

•  PICK UP CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BRING HELP. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING MERCHANDISE

•  Interest at 18% per annum

All Sales Final

•  No cancellations or returns & all deposits are non-refundable

•  Allow furniture and mattresses for up to 20 days from in stock merchandise for delivery and or from invoice or final purchase date whatever is later

•  Once the order is placed you cannot exchange or cancel anything from order  

•  Should this matter proceed to litigation for any reason what so ever, purchaser agrees they shall be responsible for collection costs, attorney fees and court costs

•  35% restocking or cancellation fee of total invoice amount

Layaway

•  No layaway cancellations, refund & there is no layaway fee if paid within 90 days

•  90 days for layaway will be given, if longer is needed an exception could be made if customer made equal or greater than 50% of invoice or minimum of 6 payments within 90 days…

•  We have the right to not extend the layaway if payments are not made constantly

•  ALL deposits are non-refundable

•  World Furniture reserves the right to keep the full payments made toward the layaway if not paid within the time frame and if payments were not made constantly

Financing & Leasing

•  $$$ application fee depending on the company charge per approval due at signing application

•  Customer cannot cancel furniture if invoice is signed and / or finalized

•  An exception can be made to cancel order or reselect by manager approval and customer will be charged 35% restocking or cancellation fee of total invoice price

•  Minimum of 6% service fee / processing fee would be added to the total amount being financed for any term up to 12 months for financing / leasing company fee

•  Minimum of 12% service fee / processing fee would be added to the total amount being financed for any term of 12 months up to 24 months for financing / leasing company fee

•  Financing / leasing more than 24 months could be up to 24% company fee
